Hello, I'm from Latvia. I have seen a 33 year old car in Greece, I want to buy it and go home and register in my country (export), is it possible and how much do the export numbers cost? thanks!

Thanks, maybe you know how much it cost? and how to do it? I have car, what i want to buy, i go to some "road agency" ( i dont realy know how its called in Greece), then i got export numbers, and can drive to Latvia? If im not a Greece resident, and i dont have that Greece PVN number, i cant buy car also for export? thanks!
